WHY PARTICIPATE
Chocolate Fest brings together hundreds of enthusiastic guests from across the Bay Area for an afternoon of indulgence, discovery, and celebration. With its new February date — perfectly timed before Valentine’s Day — the event offers a unique opportunity to showcase your products during one of the busiest chocolate-buying seasons of the year.
WHAT VENDORS CAN EXPECT

PARTICIPATION DETAILS
There is no vendor fee to participate. Vendors are simply asked to donate 10% of event-day sales back to Chocolate Fest and provide tasting samples for guests throughout the event.
Your participation directly supports the San Mateo County Health Foundation and its assistance programs serving individuals and families throughout San Mateo County.
RETURNING VENDORS
If you are a returning vendor, you should have received an email from the previous organizers regarding participation in the 2027 event. We are incredibly grateful for your continued support and look forward to sharing additional details soon.
